Older Adult Fitness for Fall Prevention
Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness are the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chance of falling. When done regularly, these exercises greatly reduce chances of fall related injuries.
To be successful, we need to raise money for proper equipment, supplies, and the ability to provide this program at little or no cost.
