Reflective Safety Vests for Walkers & Cyclists

The Safety Vest Handout Program called “Be Visible, Be Safe” was started in late 2018, thanks to Bill & Cindy Richards. Since then, because of the generosity of donors, we have been able to purchase and handout hundreds of safety vests to those on Camano Island.

These vests are handed out free of charge to walking and biking citizens by the Island County Sheriff deputies and the Sheriff Citizen Patrol volunteers to help keep them visible and safe.
